Time is running out for you to vote in to help Caledonia Regional High.

They've hoping to be the big winners of a $100, 000 grant through Good Life a part of the Win4Kids program.

Phys-Ed Specialist at Caledonia Neil Boyce says the program works with local schools to encourage kids to learn early fitness skills, "We came up with the idea of Project P.O.W.E.R.S.  It stands for Promoting Opportunities and Wellness and Empower Rural Students.   The program was designed to offer non traditional fitness and wellness opportunities for their rural youth."

That involves activities like power lifting, disc golf, yoga and Nordic hiking.

Boyce says they're looking for 100 per cent participation at their school.

The $100,000 would help with their new powerlifting program, "It's called the 500 pound club and we want to buy more equipment.  Right now,  we just have a small little weight room with not enough equipment for everyone.  This would definitely get more kids involved."

Your vote is needed, for them to get the win.  The deadline is March 4th.
