A Moncton man is facing attempted murder charges after an attack on a taxi driver in Northwestern New Brunswick.
Nineteen-year-old Jules Cote appeared in court yesterday, and will undergo a 30 day psychological evaluation.
RCMP say Cote was arrested in wooded area near the Saint Leonard airport on Wednesday.
The victim, a 58-year-old man from Edmundston remains in hospital in stable condition.
There’s no word on the injuries he suffered.
RCMP say the two men are not known to each other.
Cote will return to court on December 22nd.
