A Dorchester man returns to court today in connection with a home invasion in the community.
RCMP say a man broke into a home early Monday morning and assaulted the people inside.
The victims suffered minor injuries and police say the suspect knew them.
The man left the home and was later tracked down by police.
Mounties say 37-year-old Cory Lucci is facing a rash of charges including two counts of assault, one count of break and enter, uttering threats and trespassing at night.
Lucci has been in custody since his arrest and will appear in Moncton court for a bail hearing today.
