A break-in, theft and a high speed chase has landed a 22-year-old Moncton man behind bars.
RCMP say Micheal Maillet has been charged with possession of break and enter tools following an incident which began in Berry Mills early Tuesday morning.
Maillet is in custody and will return to court on October 15.
Police say the drivers of two vehicles pulled out of a car auction parking lot on Berry Mills Road.
One of the vehicles crashed and when the driver fled on foot, he was eventually caught by officers.
The second stolen vehicle was later found and police are continuing to look for the suspect driving that vehicle.
Meantime, a third vehicle involved in a crash on Monday evening was also stolen from the same car auction business and police believe it is related to this incident.
