The largest Canadian Tire store in New Brunswick will open its doors to customers tomorrow in the Northwest Centre at Mountain and Wheeler.
Formerly home to Zellers and Target, the new location is double the size of the old store at Mountain and Mapleton with thousands of new products.
Owner Mike Mercier says an added bonus is a Tim Horton’s outlet is located inside the store.
“It’s a kiosk, it’s not a full Tim’s but you can get your coffee and doughnuts and you can walk around and shop… it just makes it a little bit more enjoyable shopping,” he notes.
Mercier says he will be adding more full-time employees with a staff of roughly 130 by the time hiring is complete.
The store opens at 8 o’clock tomorrow morning.
