A country wide closure of pet stores is having an effect in Greater Moncton.
The two Petculture stores on Mountain Road, and Paul Street are closing as part of a restructuring announced Friday by parent company Gordon Brothers Group.
Those are part of the 27 closures out of 39 stores under the Pets Unlimited, Petculture, and PJ’s Pets banners.
Until the doors are closed for good, pet owners will be able to benefit from prices discounted up to 30% on pet food, supplies, and accessories.
Three stores are closing in New Brunswick, six in Nova Scotia, 1 each in PEI and Newfoundland, with the rest in Ontario and British Columbia.
