He calls it very disappointing the MP’s from the Green party and the Bloc Quebecois would oppose a national project adding if the climate change piece is what they are worried about he says they know the greenhouse gas emissions from putting oil on a train or a truck are greater than they are on a pipeline.
Wall says they know this because the U.S. state department weighed in on Keystone and said as much after a lot of analysis.
Wall moves on from New Brunswick meets with Quebec Premier Phillipe Couillard where he says they will discuss Energy East among other things.
