A decision is expected to be handed down in Moncton court today, in connection with the tragic incidents of June 4, 2014.
Three RCMP officers were killed, and two others injured.
Four labour code charges were laid against the RCMP, alleging that they failed to provide officers with the appropriate equipment and training.
The RCMP have pleaded not guilty.
The trial began in April, and 30 witnesses took the stand.
Each charges carries a fine of up to a million dollars, or a prison term, or both.
