Looking for something to do this weekend? Maybe you’d like to take in a movie, and support a charity at the same time.
Cineplex is holding its annual Community Day Event on Saturday, October 14th.
Several family friendly movies have been chosen and will be run for free, with proceeds from donations and concession sales supporting the WE Charity, which is a family of organizations that makes doing good, doable.
The Community Day event is being held at both the Dieppe and Trinity theatres. Doors open at 9am, and the movies begin at 9:30.

Kung Fu Panda 3
Trolls
Ice Age: Collision Course
Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children
Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates.
Concessions like popcorn, soft drinks and select candy for just $2.50 each and, in exchange for a $2.00 donation, and theatres will also be selling a fun variety of ME to WE Cineplex ‘Change Bracelets’ which feature motivational statements to inspire youth to create positive change.
