The Mounties have deemed the deaths of a man and woman in northern New Brunswick a double homicide.
Police were called to a home on rue Valcourt in Saint-Quentin on Monday where they found the bodies of a 67-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman.
The victims have been identified as Jean Paul Caron and Melaine Roussie who are both from Saint-Quentin.
No arrests have been made at this time but police don’t think this was random.
The RCMP is asking anyone who saw the victims in the day leading up to the discovery of their bodies or anyone with information about the case to contact the New Brunswick RCMP’s Major Crime Unit, the Saint-Quentin detachment, or Crime Stoppers.
