The CCNB has issued an apology for the recent cancellation of a New Brunswick Francophone Seniors Association meeting at the Dieppe campus.
College president Jean-Luc Belanger expressed his sincere apologies for the misunderstanding related to the cancellation.
The meetings are part of a series that have been booked by seniors associations to give more information on the proposed privatization of health care services.
Belanger says it was cancelled based on a misinterpretation of their internal policy regarding the rental of rooms at the colleges.
He added that there was no political pressure to cancel the rental of the hall.
The meeting has now been rescheduled and will be held on November 20 at the Wingate Hotel in Dieppe.
