Thousands attended Remembrance Day ceremonies across the city of Moncton on November 11th.
The sun was shining but, it was very chilly with a brisk wind.
Hundreds attended at Victoria Park, at an informal ceremony 21 doves were released, as a representation of a 21 gun salute, and wreaths were laid at the Cenotaph.
Tears were shed as the last post was played, followed by two minutes of silence. Attendants also sang the Canada national anthem and God Save the Queen.
