Two more candidates have been chosen to run under the Liberal Party banner in the upcoming provincial election.
Former Times and Transcript reporter Brent Mazerolle was given the nod to run in Riverview against incumbent Progressive Conservative Bruce Fitch.
Mazerolle says in his decades of work as an educator, journalist, and public servant, he believes he’s acquired a unique set of skills, insights and relationships to allow him to fight for Riverview residents.
At the joint nomination yesterday, Catherine Black was also confirmed as the Liberal candidate in Albert riding.
The provincial election is scheduled to take place September 24th.
