The mayors of Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton were quite busy on Friday.
Don Darling, Dawn Arnold and Mike O’Brien met in the capital city for their quarterly tri-city mayors’ meetings.
The day included presentations on immigration, municipal issues and homelessness with federal and provincial officials.
The mayors also discussed the proposed Tourism Marketing Fund and the priorities of the Cities of New Brunswick Association.
Some of those priorities include a “fair” property tax system and municipal sharing of cannabis revenue.
The three mayors will meet again during the first quarter of 2019.
