Moncton ice cream fans are in for a treat!
Busy ice cream shop BENNIC is adding a second location on Mountain road near the Mapleton intersection.
The shop first opened as a walk up hut before moving to its current Dieppe location location back in 2013.
BENNIC made Flare Magazine’s list as one of the best places to get ice cream last summer.
The owner, Cecile Leger and her husband Frank say they owe their success to the community’s support.
They are working closely with a design team to recreate the same sunny experience for their Moncton fans.
They recently started offering their signature Belgian chocolate dip in chocolate form.
Adding new items like this to their menu gives them the opportunity to work towards their goal of staying open year-round.
They expect to be serving Monctonians by June 14.
