Moncton City Councillor and deputy mayor Pierre Boudreau will not be running again in May.
Boudreau announced via social media that he will not be seeking re-election in the upcoming municipal election.
He has served 5 full terms on council and been a member of a number of boards and committees created by council.
Boudreau says he is proud to have played a part in reshaping the city but now he wants more time to focus on personal goals.
