The City of Moncton is reminding residents that playgrounds are still off limits.
Provincial restrictions have been lifted in parks and trails, but that doesn’t include playgrounds.
The city says it’s received reports of people tearing down signs and yellow tape from playgrounds around the municipality.
They say outdoor equipment such as benches, hand railings and play structures are not sanitized.
Any new information related to lifting restrictions will be shared through the city’s COVID-19 web page or over their social media accounts.
