Moncton is expecting its second significant snowfall in less than a week.
Environment Canada issued a special weather statement that indicates Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick could see up to 20 cm of snow Sunday Night.
Areas along the Bay of Fundy are expected to be the most impacted while other parts of the province may only see 5 cm of snow.
A weather statement was issued for a system that hit New Brunswick on Tuesday, but this one is believed to be less serious.
“Given that this tracks further south, were not expecting as much snow unless there is a major shift north,” said Meteorologist Roberta McArthur.
McArthur expects snowfall to begin Sunday night and finish by Monday morning.
