A suspect is being sought in two Moncton robberies which occurred within a close time frame early Sunday morning.
Codiac RCMP say a man entered a Needs Convenience on Mountain Road around 1:30 a.m. and demanded cash from the clerk.
He indicated he was armed but left the store empty-handed.
Twenty minutes later, police say a man entered a Needs store on Morton Avenue and demanded cash while claiming to have a weapon.
He did leave with some cash before officers arrived.

In both incidents, police say the man was wearing a black Champion hooded sweater, black pants and Under Armour sandals.
