The Moncton Wildcats announced new procedures and ticket information in accordance with recently announced COVID measures.
Going into effect on Friday night, the measures include 50 per cent capacity at entertainment centres and enforced social distancing.
On Saturday, the Wildcats welcome the Halifax Mooseheads to the den before entering the holiday break. The team returns to the ice in less than two weeks to resume play on Dec. 28.
Measures moving into effect include the return of pod seating for the interim, which ranges from 1-4 seats.
For Season Ticket Holders, seats will be suspended until capacity limits are removed, and credits will be rewarded at the end of the year.
Those with an individual/ walk-up ticket for Saturday’s game must purchase a new ticket. Any tickets purchased online through Ticketmaster and paid by credit card, will be automatically refunded.
For anyone who used a flex ticket or voucher to redeem for a complimentary ticket to the ticket is no longer valid.
Club seat members are expected to receive an email to detail seating for future games.
The organization has also outlined the rules and regulations to comply with Public Health and the New Brunswick Government protocols.
- Proof of full vaccination & Government ID is required upon entry for all patrons 12 & older
- Masks must be worn at all times in the Avenir Centre unless actively consuming food or beverage while seated.
- Please remember to practice social distancing while inside the building and comply with signage and capacity numbers.
- Door will continue to open 60 minutes in advance of puck drop for all in attendance.
- The building will revert to a one directional concourse during this limited capacity phase.
