A 42-year-old Moncton man has been charged with first degree murder in connection with the homicide of a 24-year-old man from the city.
Almost a week ago (November 17), a 24-year-old Moncton man was reported missing to police.
RCMP found a body in a wooded area on Tuesday off Paris Boulevard, which is in a new subdivision in Irishtown just outside Moncton city limits.
The body was later identified as 24-year-old Max Boudreau.
A 42-year-old man was arrested in connection with the investigation.
Justin Barrow appeared in Moncton Provincial Court on Wednesday and was charged with first degree murder.
He remains in custody and is scheduled to return to court on December 12.
