This past weekend I got to attend the 2025 EnviroFest held here in Moncton at Centennial Park!
I got to walk around and see all the festival has to offer. There was a number of tents set up for anything you could be curious about.
Town of Riverview had some interactive learnings about how to dispose of waste.
There were electric cars on display to inform people of the benefits they can have on saving energy.
Resurgo Place even had an interactive display on the tidal bore!
Those are only some of the places that were there, but I could go on for days about how much I learnt attending this event. it was separated into 3 sections to be easily navigable for attendees there was a sequestration section, leisure and services section and a policy and advocacy section.
And to top it all off they had live music playing for the duration of the event!
Overall, was a very valuable a knowledgeable experience for our community and will definitely be applying some of the practices I learnt.
