The TD day-to-day call centre at Champlain Place is closing its doors.
Spokesperson Natasha Ferrari said this will happen in the spring of 2026, but she could not say exactly how many employees are impacted.
“We are fully committed to supporting any impacted colleagues through the transition, including redeployment or relocation where possible, access to career supports and personalized assistance to navigate next steps. As we’re working to find opportunities within TD before it closes in spring 2026, I do not have a figure.”
The call centre, located in the former Sears location at 43 Champlain Street, was announced in 2017 and opened around two years later.
“This announcement is isolated to the day-to-day banking call centre and does not impact other TD businesses operating at that location or more broadly in New Brunswick. Our Finance Operations Centre, TD Insurance Contact Centres (including expanding at Champlain Place and across New Brunswick), and other TD services will continue serving clients,” Ferrari added.
