Be prepared for a big fall of snow later this week according to a special weather statement from Environment Canada.
It warns of significant snowfall coming our way Wednesday night into Thursday morning because of an intense low pressure system which will pass south of Nova Scotia.
Snow is expected to start Wednesday afternoon over southern regions and continue overnight into Thursday with significant amounts possible for regions along or near the Bay of Fundy.
The Weather Network has been calling for 15 to 25 centimeters while Accuweather is forecasting over 17 centimeters.
