Southeast RCMP are investigating three suspicious vehicle fires west of Salisbury this month.
On November 18th at around 6:45am, police say hunters parked their two vehicles along Buckley Road in Harewood and went hunting.
When they returned about half an hour later, the hunters discovered both vehicles had been destroyed by fire.
On November 14th in the late afternoon, a hunter had parked his truck near Monteagle Road.
When he returned two hours later, the truck had been set ablaze and was a total loss.
Mounties believe all three fires were deliberately set but don’t know yet if they are connected.
Anyone who may have been in the area of the fires prior to police being called or has any information is asked to contact the Riverview RCMP at 506-387-2222. Information can also be provided anonymously through Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), texting TIP212 + your message to ‘CRIMES’ (274637), or by Secure Web Tips at www.crimenb.ca
