Lobster fishermen along the coast of New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island will be out on the water a little longer.
They’ve received an extension in their season.
The season normally starts April 30th and ends June 30th
COVID-19 concerns pushed their season back two weeks.
They applied for a four-day extension and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans officials approved it.
The season will now run until July 4th.
