Let’s talk about something that hasn’t overly been highlighted during the pandemic. Mental Health.
Mindset is something that has rarely been talked about during this pandemic. Everyone is anxious and scared of the unknown, a break in routine, Covid19, and every single facet that it has affected. As the pandemic continues, so does the stress, depression, & anxiety levels of our community. Not to mention, everyone’s threshold is different during anxious unknown times.

I wanted to share with you what realigns me during these times. A reminder that you and only you, are to thank or blame(accepting responsibility) for HOW you handle what happens in your life. The advice I’m about to share with you, I listen to every day and honestly, it’s so simple after the fact, I question why I don’t hold myself accountable more.

If you feel yourself slipping from time to time, Give it a listen, you just might be surprised at its effect on you.
